“Dear Bill, This letter is long overdue. Several months ago, you and your staff transformed our home. Our new patio, waterfall and landscaping can only be described as spectacular. Even after a few months have passed, we still find ourselves staring at our beautiful surroundings. As the heat of the summer has given way to cooler temperatures and we spend more time outside, we just had to send you this “Thank You” note.

First and foremost, we’d like to thank Angelina. We made a routine phone call to your office and you sent Angelina out to our house. From the beginning, she took the time to study our property and to talk to us about what we were looking to achieve. She invited us to your office on many occasions to discuss her ideas for the design and to look at specific plants. The success of this project was primarily due to Angelina’s expertise and her real caring. She’s bright, talented and a wonderful young lady. We were fortunate to work with her.

The actual work on our property took about a week. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Your whole staff seemed to be out here and they couldn’t have been more cooperative and knowledgeable. You had always told us that anyone working for you had to be willing to get their hands dirty. This proved to be quite true. Your whole crew was not just competent but they were simply nice. As the plants were going in, we were asked if we liked the way things looked. As the palm trees were placed, we were asked if we liked the way they were facing.

Now, we get to stare daily at the great waterfall that you built one stone at a time and the beautiful tropical landscaping surrounding it. I know you take the title of your company seriously. Indeed, Angelina’s “vision” for our property took shape before our eyes and we absolutely love it!”
